Tracie Willyard, Marketing and Advertising Director

Tracie Willyard grew up as a Missionary's child in Japan until she moved to Abilene in the 6th grade. Living in Abilene for 30 years has given her an inspiring passion to help the community. Since coming to Arrow over 8 years ago, Tracie has been the driving force behind Mission Thanksgiving, Teacher Tribute, and Ford Fest, in addition to the many other responsibilities of her department.

“The ability we have to give back to the teachers of our community is very rewarding because they are responsible for so much in the lives of our children,” Tracie said of Teacher Tribute.

The Marketing Department is responsible for the full media buys for all 13 entities involved in Arrow Dealerships, with its primary goal to generate sales and keep all of our customers happy.

When she is not diligently working at Arrow, Tracie can be found at New Light Baptist Church, golfing, watching football, lifting weights and exercising with her husband Steve, and spending time with her five grandchildren.

 

Omar Ortiz, Marketing Assistant

Omar Ortiz was born and raised here in Abilene. He attended Abilene Cooper High School and received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University.

Omar's father taught him the love of music at a very early age and it has been his passion ever since. He began playing the piano and training in the classical elements of music when he was only five years old. Continuing down this path, he recorded his first CD at age 14. The Dallas area is usually where he can be found on weekends, playing with his band.

The scope of all Omar does is hard to narrow into one position. He is not only involved in most of the graphic designs in the advertising realm here at Arrow, but is also kept busy with many activities such as Mission Thanksgiving and Teacher Tribute. He is a Manager in Training (MIT) under the supervision of Marketing Director, where he is learning the ins-and-outs of the marketing world first hand.

After work he enjoys spending time with his wife Beckie and her children, Brooke and Connor, and their adorable bulldog, Bella.

“I’m also working on my golf game to keep up with Tracie,” he said.
