Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
- Treat customers and fellow employees as you would want to be treated.
- Perform prompt, efficient and clean services to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a responsive and cheerful attitude.
- Maintain proper care, control and maintenance of all shop equipment, keeping close inventory control over special tools used.
- Maintain clean and safe quick service area.
- Assist when available in properly routing vehicles to be serviced to appropriate parking areas and assist when available in customer vehicle pickup.
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all repair procedures and proper certification through Manufacturer Training and ASE Testing.
- Assist when necessary with courtesy car driving and other parts of material pickups and exercise safe driving habits at all times.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
- Ensure proper appearance in accordance with company dress code.
- Promote good customer relations by setting good examples of professionalism, manners, attitude and appearance at all times.
- Support all departments in the dealership and ensure the customer satisfaction policies are followed.
