Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

  1. Treat customers and fellow employees as you would want to be treated.
  2. Set, maintain, and improve a sales rate of new and used vehicles at a minimum sales rate of ten units per month.
  3. Establish and maintain a prospect development system in order to achieve and improve the sales rate.
  4. Maintain a prospect follow-up program to ensure walk-in prospects will be treated in accordance with dealership policies.
  5. Follow a sales procedure in accordance with dealership policies.
  6. Provide proper delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
  7. Maintain an owner follow-up procedure to produce satisfied customers and to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
  8. Provide feedback to Sales Manager in all areas, including but not limited to: inventory, sale-ability and availability, advertising effectiveness, appraisals, etc.
  9. Ensure that all customer information is accurate, current, and secured.
  10. Know all current products sold as well as the competition’s products.
  11. Support all departments in the Dealership and ensure that all customer satisfaction policies are followed.
