Assitant Title Clerk

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service.  Treating customer as well as fellow employees as you would want to be treated.
  2. The typing of the title work and preparing it for the courthouse on a daily bases.  Prepare paper work for the lending institution and complete the customer files
  3. Perform all functions associated with the title desk in the absence of the title clerk. Perform all functions associated with the cashier desk in the absence of the cashier.  Backup mail clerk as well.
  4. Preparing all courtesy delivery paperwork and registrations.
  5. Keeping the purchase sheet typed daily.
  6. Preparing all dealer transfer paperwork.
  7. Maintaining control for the green slips.  Mailing out of town license plates.
  8. Daily balance of the Loan Arranger monies and print out.  Mail of any and all mail for the lot.  Working of the repos and payoff and skips for the Loan Arranger.
  9. Relieve on the switchboard as necessary in a friendly and courteous manner.
  10. Assist at the front cashier window in a friendly and courteous manner.
  11. Assist in any other function as assigned to help insure an efficient office.
  12. Support all departments in the dealership and insure the customer satisfaction policies are followed.
