Arrow Body Shop's Warranty
- Metal Work- Arrow provides a Lifetime National Limited Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration not attributable to wear and tear associated with normal use and aging. Arrow will repair and repaint any metal work warranted hereby.
- Painting, Strips, and Decals- Arrow provides a Lifetime National Limited Warranty on painting related priming and painting work again blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and one year national limited warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative strips and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. Arrow may elect to re-prime, repaint, re-stripe, or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby.
- Mechanical repairs- Arrow provides a Lifetime National Limited Warranty on all labor associated with mechanical repairs (not including parts) pertaining directly to original collision damage. Arrow may elect to repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby.
- Parts- Arrow will assist you in handling any claim under any applicable parts manufacturers’ warranty. The customer shall be responsible for any incidental costs or labor charges associated with the repair of any defective part or damage caused by any defective part to the extent not covered by any manufacturer warranty.
Specifically Excluded are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or consequential damages. All such costs shall remain the responsibility of the customer. Arrow shall not be responsible for damage arising out the loss of use of the vehicle or any inconvenience associate therewith.
The National Limited Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any oral representations or prior course of dealings.
