Dorthie Saunders is a familiar face to many around this dealership, and it is only natural since she has worked for Arrow since 1972. Dorthie has seen the dealership grow in so many ways and has been an integral part of that. She has worked as Bookkeeper, Office Manager and is now the Controller. The dealership could not run without Dorthie's hard work and dedication. When Dorthie does find some time away from Arrow she loves on her cat Murphy, enjoys shopping for great shoes and spending time with her son.

Theresa Lloyd has been with Arrow since 1990. She started out as Cashier in our accounting office and has done everything from work car deals, to system administration and in 2000 became Office Manager. She has a big job keeping the accounting office running smoothly and she does a great job at it.

Leslie began working for Arrow in 1987 as the Receptionist. She then moved on to Assistant Title Clerk and now is the Title Clerk. Leslie has also worked in our finance department and received a great deal of knowledge from that side of the business. She is the resident expert with titles and car business. She is a proud mother of two and a grandmother of two wonderful grandbabies.

Pat has worked at Arrow for a little over a year. She is the Assistant Office Manager. She submits the after-market products and also does accounts payable. Adding her to the accounting office has helped the work flow in the office run more smoothly. She is a mother of two grown children and three grandchildren.

Tay, as they call her around the dealership, has worked for Arrow for a little over a year. She is the Accounts Receivable Clerk and does a wonderful job collecting on Arrow accounts and working with warranty companies and insurance companies. Tay is a transplanted Texan from Oklahoma and is a wife, mother of six, and grandmother of two.

Lana Clift, or as you know her the "Voice of Arrow", has been here since 1995. She is the smiling face that you see when you walk into our Arrow Ford location and the sweet voice on the other end of the phone. Lana is a wife, mother and grandmother to five precious grandbabies.

Eva has been with the dealership for three years. She works as the Assistant Title Clerk, titling contracts, working deals and processing dealer trades. She is a true asset to Arrow and the accounting office. She is the mother of two great kids and is about to be a mother in law.

Peggy started with Arrow in September of 2006 as the Assistant Title Clerk. She is responsible for titling and contracting the car deals that come to the accounting office. She is always ready to help and they are glad to have her on their team.

Carolyn is the Cashier and Warranty Coordinator. She has worked for Arrow for a little over a year. She grew up in Houston and attended the University of St. Thomas. Carolyn has lived in Abilene for 8 years.

Jonna returned to Arrow in February of 2007 to work as the Inventory Clerk. She has worked for Arrow previously doing everything from File Clerk to helping in the Marketing Office. She has the job of processing all the car tags from the courthouse to make sure that customers get those tags on time.

Diana has stepped in and stepped up as a new employee of the accounting office. She is responsible for working the car deals, processing all outside tickets from vendors and data entry. She is very important to the day to day function of the office.

Denise started at Arrow in 1990 as Cashier and has worked her way up to being our Bookkeeper and Data Entry Clerk. She understands the car business very well and does a great job helping keep Arrow working smoothly.

Shirley has been with Arrow since 1995 and makes sure all Arrow employees get paid on time. She also assists with the new and used car inventory. She is the sweetest lady you will meet and everyone loves having her in the office. She is a mother of two grown children and three grandchildren.
